Cutter 3 Leaf Holly Plunger Cutter – 25mm and 45mm – Set of 2

Cutters measure approx.: Small – 25mm (1 Inch) Medium – 45mm (1 3/4inch) Instructions: 1. Roll out the paste/pastry on a non-stick surface, or for icings use cornflour / icing sugar & for pastry use flour. 2. Cut out the leaves without pressing the plunger. 3. Using the plunger press the leaves onto a flat surface to produce the veining. Tips: 1. To obtain a finer finish, use a ball tool to soften the edges of the leaves. 2. The leaves can be used immediately or to create added interest, place on a curved surface to dry.
